BEANLESS CHILI

2 pounds grass fed ground beef
1 pound Italian sausage
2 (28 oz.) diced tomatoes with juice
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 large yellow onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
2 green chilies chopped
4 pieces bacon (fried, drained and chopped)
1 cup beef broth (homemade if possible!)
¼ cup chili powder
1 TBS minced garlic
1 TBS dried oregano
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp Celtic sea salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 (8 oz.) block Cheddar cheese, shredded

Heat a large stock pot over medium-high heat. Crumble the ground beef and sausage into the hot pan, and cook until evenly browned. Drain off excess grease. Pour in the diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Add the onion, celery, green and red bell peppers, chili peppers, bacon bits, and beef broth. Season with chili powder, garlic, oregano, cumin, hot pepper sauce, basil, salt, pepper, cayenne, and paprika....
